The priest is many times viewed as the dismal class to level. All the mana usage and downtime seem to deter many people from playing the wow gold class all together. This is a shame in my opinion because I believe it to be one of the most interesting classes in World of Warcraft. There is one major overtone to all my strategies of leveling a priest: Reduce downtime. While there is no "perfect" spec, some talents are better than others while certain other talents may only help you in very specific situations. The fastest leveling times in the world are set by people who strategically plan their questing route in the game. ~ Avoid Leveling Professions ~ This tip is for the true power leveling junkies out there. If you're looking to really speed level like you haven't before you need to just skip out on leveling those pesky professions. Typically, the only profession worth leveling is first aid, but as a general rule of thumb I don't level first aid on any class that has the capability to heal, and since priests can certainly heal, I recommend skipping out on first aid as well. ~ Use A Leveling Guide ~ While everything above is very important, this is the most important step in the regard that it will have the most drastic result on your leveling time. I didn't think much of leveling guides before I used them. I always thought it was just a waste of money. But I found that when I used one I cut literally Days off of my /played leveling time. I quickly realized that the guide more than paid itself off through the time I saved and was able to spend doing something else. This is a huge step and will greatly improve your priest leveling efforts more than anything else in this guide. While it's true that the single best way to improve your leveling speed is to use a leveling guide, all leveling guides are not equal.
