This is enough time to earn levels 5152 which means you are now ready to head to the Hinterlands. You will be gaining a lot of experience here so level up as much as you can by staying here for a while. Then head up to the Soaring Gorge where fire resistance gear should be necessary to overcome the difficulties. Head to the dinosaurs at the On'goro Crater and once you reach level 58 you will be ready to run to the Outland and begin questing there.
